By registering, or by using the platform without registering, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full.

Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Using the platform

The platform is intended for browsing the store and product catalog, 3D/AR/360° content, and contacting brands and specialists. Automated data collection (scraping), attempts to disrupt the service, and uploading illegal content are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Product images, 3D models, catalogs and textures belong to their respective brands and rights holders. The TOPIN name, logo and design are the property of the platform.

TOPIN's role and limitation of liability

TOPIN is a showcase connecting stores, specialists and buyers. We are not a party to transactions between a user and a store, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, product availability, or the quality of specialists' work.

Specialists and the AI assistant

Specialist profiles and portfolios are provided for information only. The AI assistant's answers are generated from catalog data and general knowledge and do not constitute professional advice.

Changes to terms and governing law

We may change these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
